THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE CRIME COMMITTED IN TRUSINA

     On Friday, April 14, 2017 the Association for Social Research and Communication (UDIK) will organize a press conference on the occasion of the anniversary of the crime committed in the village of Trusina. At the conference, UDIK will present a publication War crime committed in Trusina – verdicts as a part of the edition named War crimes – transcripts of verdicts of courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The crime took place on April 16, 1993 in Trusina village near Konjic when members of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the help of Bosniaks from local villages entered the village and killed 22 Croats, of which 18 civilians and 4 HVO members. For this crime are finally convicted Edin Dzeko, Handanovic Rasema, Nihad Bojadzic, Nedzad Hodzic and Mensur Memic while Dzevad Salcin and Senad Hakalovic are freed.

 

 

 

The press conference will take place in Center “Snop”, Kralja Tvrtka 5, Sarajevo at 11.30am.
